Sunny) and I am a 43 year old stay at home wife and mother. My husband, Tony, and I have been married for 23 years and we make our home in a small, rural town in south central Kansas. We have 2 grown sons and an 11 year old daughter. With children comes pets, we have 2 dogs, 8 cats, 2 fish and 9 gold colored snails. I have always loved crafting of all kinds. If I could find the materials for it I would try it. I had to put my crafting on hold for a short time when our kids were small, but always returned to it as soon as possible. Our kids grew and Tony, working for the railroad seemingly everywhere except south central Kansas, was gone most of the time. I had more and more time to devote to my crafting. I made jewelry for a while, I love to tye-dye and macrame and sometime I would like to try working with glass. Right now, though, polymer clay is my passion. I have made candle holders, trinket boxes, a few santas, cartoonish type animals and all sorts of odd looking little figures that sit all over our house. I've even won a couple of ribbons at our county fair. Working with clay gives me a sense of peace that I cannot explain. I am also a co-leader for my daughter's Girl Scout troop. All of my crafting expierience comes in handy here (we all love to tye-dye). Girl scouting allows me to be a kid again with the silly songs, crafting, hiking and all the fun stuff. They call me Sunshine and I try to live up to it. My Motto: Heal the past, Live the present and Dream the future. Suni
